Founded in New York, moved to Sydney and now based on the amazing island of Bali, Little Joe Woman by Gail Elliott is a women's fashion brand of resort wear, and it's Co-Founder, Creative Director and Designer Gail Elliott is a world-renowned model and beauty icon. Gail has graced the fashion pages, covers and runways for the worlds top fashion magazines and designers and is known for her sense of style.
After being introduced by mutual friend Helena Christensen to her husband, Joe Coffey who is the CEO of their brand Little Joe Woman by Gail Elliott, she enjoyed a long and successful career as a model based in New York for 24 years. As a young woman living in the city during the famous 'supermodel' era. Gail worked for all the preeminent designers and heralded photographers, stylist and fashion editors and came to appreciate quality, luxury and how beautiful clothes can make a woman feel.
The brand was inspired by Gail's need to express her fashion experience and style in a hands-on and creative way by balancing style, comfort and rock-chic elegance and draws on inspiration from her life and her love of the fashion world. Working from their own design studio and factory in Bali, they produce ethically with local pattern makers, sewers and craftsmen.
Gail's designs struck a cord with her supermodel girlfriends Cindy Crawford, Yasmin Le Bon and Helena Christensen and Little Joe Woman's reputation for ‘supermodel style’ and exceptional quality were solidified in the international fashion arena. She designs luxe, high quality, timeless pieces for life, work and everything in between and you will love living in Little Joe Woman.

Hi Gail, I just wanted to say hello by that yes, you’re an “ icon, as they say, but I’ve only ever found you to be one of the most beautiful and friendly but as we all know it- one the coolest designers but as a PERSON, that’s where I feel you shine as youve been so lovely to me and each time I buy it’s like heaven in a package and I still have your pieces from the little boutique you had I think maybe 25 years ago in Sydney! So, THANKYOU as I love not only the range as you know, but that you test everyone with such respect.. and that is far more important but shows your true “ character” or persona. I honestly can’t wait until I am able to come back to Bali as yours is always my first stop.. and one day let’s have a drink abd swap fashion stories as I was also in it.. sending love and blessings but hope for this soon to be over and we can get back to normal..
